Shipping and Delivery
Orders from PrincessTheodora.com are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship via United States Postal Service and FedEx. Standard shipping is via ground transportation. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, U.S. territories, hotel addresses and APO/FPO addresses and sorry, currently no shipping is available to international addresses.
Complimentary Shipping:
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150. Threshold of $150 applies to subtotal (before tax).
Standard Ground Shipping: $9.95
Delivery in 5-7 days within the continental United States.
Priority Shipping: $17.95
Delivery in 2-3 days within the continental United States.
Overnight Shipping: $ 24.95
Delivery in 1 day within the continental United States.
Please note: We make every effort to get your order out on the same day. If the order is placed after midday there is a possibility that it will be sent the following business day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, regardless of service selected.
Payments
We accept payments in U.S. Dollars only. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are currently our acceptable forms of payment.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to apply five percent sales tax to all orders shipped to a Virginia address. In case of an approved return, all taxes will be credited to the original form of payment.
Refunds and Returns
Should you purchase any goods from PrincessTheodora.com that you are not entirely satisfied with we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund for the price of the item(s) purchased for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
In this instance, please contact us and we will provide information to enable you to return the products to us.
Please return the items in their original and untouched condition to PrincessTheodora.com. Enclose the original invoice or packing slip and fill in the dedicated section the ‘reason for your return’. Please return merchandise packed in its original shipping box. Kindly make sure to insure your package for the full value of the merchandise.
Princess Theodora.com will refund you the purchase price of the goods and any applicable sales tax once we have received and inspected the returned order. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send you an e-mail confirmation.
Only items purchased on Princess Theodora.com may be accepted for returns and exchange. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from any other vendor.
Damaged Shipment
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at CustomerCare@princesstheodora.com.
Please include your order number for the most expedient service. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged item will be replaced.
Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please contact CustomerCare@princesstheodora.com.
